Our century-old mountain lodge has been carefully renovated in accordance with the latest ecological standards. We offer an international clientele the ideal setting for extraordinary, personalized celebrations and successful corporate events. The Kreuzjochhaus is available for exclusive booking and features 38 inviting accommodations in 10 rustic rooms, 2 modern shared bathrooms including a small suite with a private bathroom, a conference room equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and a spa area with an outdoor hot tub, panoramic sauna, infrared cabin, and much more. The dining room seats 55 guests, and there is also a sun terrace with magnificent panoramic views of the Alpspitze and Zugspitze, as well as the Wetterstein massif with King Ludwig’s “Schachen Castle.”
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated
all-rounder (m/f/d)
for the kitchen, housekeeping, and service in a permanent position
Your responsibilities:
Assisting the culinary team with purchasing and on-site tasks
Helping with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of events (e.g., corporate events, seminars, weddings)
Attending to guests on-site
Assisting with food and beverage service
Preparing and cleaning event spaces and guest rooms
Assisting with housekeeping (room cleaning, laundry, guest room inspections)
Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Your profile:
Personal commitment and ability to work independently
Ensuring the highest possible quality standards and guest satisfaction
Strong willingness to learn
Flexibility and willingness to stay overnight during in-house events
Confident, polite demeanor and good manners
Ability to work in a team
Stress tolerance
Good written and spoken German
