We source most of our products from local suppliers. We use fresh, natural ingredients and avoid processed foods; we do not use artificial flavors or flavor enhancers, relying instead on fresh herbs and select spices.
That’s how we know that what we serve you embodies the finest quality the Bavarian Alps have to offer. Our head chef would also be delighted to invite you to work with him to design the menu for your event, tailored to your individual preferences.
